• Q2. How do I get the price list?

  A: Please send us the item name, order quantity by email or leave a message through our website. We will send you the price list at the earliest time.
• Q3. Do you have any MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

  A: Regarding the MOQ, we are open to talk with any order quantity for your situation, but it’s preferred to start with 20 pieces/item.
• Q4. Can we print our own brand?

  A: MelodySusie mainly offers MelodySusie own brand products.
• Q5: Will you offer samples?

  A: Yes. We have samples available. Please contact us if needed.
• Q6. Do your products have a CE/ROHS certificate?

  A: Yes. We can offer ISO9001, CE certificated as per your requirements.
• Q7. What's your payment terms?

  A: 100% T/T, Western Union and PayPal.
• Q8. What about the lead time?

  A: It normally takes 3-5 business days to stock goods. When order quantity is more than 500 pieces, we will need 15-30 days for mass production.
• Q9. How do you ship the order normally?

  A: For large quantity orders,we normally ship the goods by sea. For small quantity orders, we will ship the goods by air or express. We supply optional express for you, including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TXT, EMS, ARAMES and so on.
• Q10. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

  A: Of course, yes.
• Q11: What type of plugs will you be shipping for electric tools?

  A: For electric tools, MelodySusie will ship a national standard plug or a conversion plug in the package.
• Q12: What’s your warranty policy?

  A: Generally, all of MelodySusie products have a full 6-month warranty covering manufacturing and quality issues.
